DSPM provides 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency coverage to all tenants and residents.

If you require emergency assistance after normal business hours in the nature of fire, theft, personal injury or property damage, please call our office telephone number 905-851-1717 or toll free 1-800-361-0144 and then press the number “3”. This will connect you with our answering service which will contact our property managers immediately.

Our E-dispatch service form can be completed online and will be sent to our support team who will attend to the service request in 24 hours.

Our commercial tenant forms are printable forms to be completed, signed and either faxed to 905-760-8636 or scanned to our leasing@dspm.ca address for attention.
